Javier Tapia Enters The 2018-2019 Season with A 78 Match Winning Streak!

Pojoaque, NM. - Javier Tapia out of Pojoaque Valley High School had an impressive season last year. 

Going undefeated for the second year in a row. Tapia holds a 78 match winning streak going into the Panther Classic this weekend. 

With an average of 30 or more matches a year, Tapia has the potential to hit a 100 match winning streak.

 Fighting for a 4th State Title with a total of 3 State Titles to his credit already, odds are in the favor of a more mature Javier Tapia. 

As a senior, the year looks good for Tapia to potentially gain supremacy as one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of  New Mexico.
